Diy Mini Ornament Garland

Updated: Nov 20, 2018

I recently did a post about how to make an ornament garland, this post is the same just with mini colored ornaments. I find that the smaller ornament garlands are more versatile. I used this garland on our Christmas tree. Its simple to make a few of these garlands to string in different spots on the tree to give it that extra pop of color! See the step by step directions below..

Not only does this add a pop of color to your tree but it makes your tree stand out!

Simply just take your extra ornaments and string them together to make this simple garland.

Materials Needed:

1. Ornaments

2. String

The reason I love this craft is that you can pull it together with materials you have at home, no need to go out and buy anything for this project!

1. To start, make a knot a few inches down from the end of the string, add your first ornament and knot it right after to make sure its secure.

2. Your then going to add the next ornament pulling it very close to the adjacent ornament. By doing this they start to stack on top of each other, giving it the clustered look. The closer you pull the ornaments together the better this will project will look!

3. Just continue to add the ornaments, pulling them close and knotting them, finish by securing it to your tree or to the mantle above the fireplace, its that simple!

This easy diy garland is so unique! I made a few small garlands of this design and hung in the front of my tree
